The State License №20107250944 dated on 5 June, 2007 for the right to employ the citizens of Russian Federation abroad of Russia, issued by Federal Migration Service of Russian Federation. According to the Federal Law No. 99-ФЗ dated 4 May, 2011 the mentioned License had become a permanent document.

Certificate of Compliance No. 0002735 dated on 28  December, 2021, issued  by the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization “Centre for Coordination of Services on Recruitment and Placement of the Russian seafarers on ships flying foreign flag”.
